About Us
Whether you’re newly diagnosed or supporting a loved one, my goal is to share practical resources, honest inspiration, and a reminder that positive change is possible.

I’m a woman who understands how overwhelming a Type 2 diabetes diagnosis can be. When I learned my A1C was 14, my doctor prescribed insulin, Ozempic, and eventually Metformin. As someone who dislikes taking medication, I was determined to change my future. I improved my eating habits and began walking every day. My A1C is now 6.6, and I’ve been able to stop all medication. (This may vary for you)
I am a graphic designer, and now offer diabetes reference charts and other tools designed and printed in the USA, focused on the everyday American diet to help others like me start healing. I hope my journey shows that small, consistent changes can make a big difference, and I invite you to explore these resources and take the next step toward better health.
